Breathing symptoms

Shortness of breath at rest, chest pain, wheezing, coughing up blood, or a cough lasting more than three weeks can signal a condition that needs medical care. Never stop or replace an inhaler or prescribed medication without your doctor's advice. If you have severe trouble breathing or chest pain, call 911.

Before using any supplement

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist first if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, scheduled for surgery, allergic to pineapple, ginger or mushrooms, or take prescription medication. Ginger, bromelain and cordyceps may interact with blood thinners, diabetes, blood-pressure and immune-suppressing medications.

Results vary

Individual results from any supplement vary.
